Fall Move-in 2022 ~ curbside bellhop service

NOTE: THIS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE TO RESIDENCE HALLS ONLY

John's Pack & Ship has been serving Michigan students for over 27 years, and once again this year we will strive to make your arrival on campus even MORE smooth and seamless.

Not only can you can ship your belongings to us and find them waiting in your room with our Porter Service, but now we can also meet you at the curb in front of your dorm to help you unload and carry everything to your new room.

For the past 2 years UM Housing has asked us to provide this service. All you have to do is sign up below and one or two of our team members will be waiting for you upon arrival. You will have our help for up to 1 hour. We can unload and deliver a student’s belongings in 60 minutes or less.

Costs

$125/visit for West Quad, South Quad, East Quad, North Quad, Markley, Lloyd, Couzens, Mosher Jordan, Stockwell or Bursley

$175/visit for Oxford, Baits, Northwood, Fletcher, Munger, Law Club, Martha Cooke

50% of the payment is non-refundable once you place the order; 100% for no-shows or without 24 hour advance notification.

Confirmation

Someone from our staff will contact you the day before to confirm the time of your appointment and give you a cell number to text upon arrival. At that time, we will also review details such as your car make, color, and model.
