Register and receive an order confirmation number. When placing the order, enter your delivery address as follows:

Registration: $5

The standard fee for a dorm package is $20. Your credit card will be billed each time a package is received.

Be sure the JPS order number is included on your shipment. A fee of $20 is added to boxes without an order number.

When shipping from a vendor, especially Amazon or BB&B, a single order often comes in multiple boxes. We charge for every package we receive, regardless of its size. Therefore, you may want to ask your vendor to hold multiple items for shipping all in one box. Sometimes, when multiple packages arrive at the same time for a student we can consolidate them into one box. But with hundreds of parcels arriving each day we can’t guarantee that. Another option is to have the parcels sent to your home to consolidate yourself.

You can insure the entire order when you register or email us to add it when a box is sent.  The default value for each package is $50. Read about Insurance.

Only register once even if you’re using more than one option.

You don’t need to know how many boxes you’ll be sending to register.

You don’t need your room assignment to start shipping. Just enter “unknown” when prompted and email it to JPS later.
